Obstruction - 'Little Portland Street' W1 Yellow Line to Red
- Excessive number of verbally abusive lorry drivers obstruct garages in Central London.
- In particular, on Little Portland Street W1 during courier pick-ups/drop-offs.
- Change single yellow lines to red.
- Put 'pay by phone' parking bays.
