REGULATE SELF EMPLOYED BUILDERS
UNREGULATED COWBOY BUILDERS LEAD TO ONE OF THE LARGEST CAUSES OF DISPUTE.
ALL BUILDERS SHOULD BE REGULATED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AND THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM WORKING IN AN AREA UNLESS THEY FULFILL CERTAIN QUALITY STANDARDS.
