To put the MP's Code of Conduct into law.

Additional Information

The MP's Code of Conduct is a charter which governs the behaviour of MP's & gives guidelines on dealing with constituents, members of the public & lobbyists.
It would be a sign of Democratic reverence for MP's to allow through Parliament a law which made the MP's Code of Conduct a legal document which they had to adhere to.
It would be a statement of their respect for British Law and a recognition of their responsibilities to the people of the United Kingdom.
