Single Person Council Tax Discount Cut

Additional Information

Wigan Council propose to cut the single persons council tax discount of 25% (leigh journal 12th may 12). Other councils are to follow suit if no one objects.
I object to this proposal as single occupancy households require less resources and use less amenities than multiple households. therefore we should pay less council tax.
