Make it easier to dismiss Members of Parliment
I proposose that in line with the governments review of regional pay and the making it easier for employers to dismiss under performing staff that the following should apply to members of Parliment.
1) as Members of Parliment are elected for a constituency and recieve expences to be in London, they should recieve pay relating to the average for a worker working in thier constituency.
2) in the event that a member of parliment underperforms or fails to meet thier election promises (this formed a contract of employment with thier voters) or the member of parliment is found to have commited an offence, such as fraudulant expences. It should be made easier for the constituency electorate to dismiss the member of parliment, not just the few on this parties local commitee.
