Produce rubber in the UK

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Hevea plant's sap is one of the most economically important products in the world, it is the fundamental ingredient of rubber. In order for the plant to flourish it requires heavy rainfall and absolutely no frost.

I recommend that this industry is developed in the areas of the UK that are hit by the most rainfall such as Cornwall, Wales and the west coast of Scotland.
