stop uk government using stray animals for experiments

Additional Information

The UK has announced plans that they would like to make it legal for stray defenceless animals to be used in laboratory experiments, just because they are homeless does not give us the right to abuse them. This must not be allowed and the reprecussions of the impression this will give our society about animal abuse will be endless a carte blanche for all the abusers out there. Please sign this petition we cannot allow this to happen.
