Petition Action

Transfer judicial powers in Human Right Cases to a British Justice body

Additional Information

For too long have we had the right to punish criminals to the extent they deserve- apparently deportation and imprisonment in some peoples' cases are a breach of 'Human Rights'. The European Court of Human Rights has always defended the perpertrators' rights and this MUST end.
I suggest that the Ministry of Justice work on a way of transferring powers to a single Council which is entirely elected by the British people so that confidence can be restored to our justice system.
