Zero tolerance of drug offenders.

Additional Information

With the amount of remote islands we have of the Scottish coast, wouldn't society be better served if drug users were removed and given short sharp shock treatment in custom built prisons away from the general population. I would also like to see a three strikes and you're out system for these offenders.
