Hands free toilet doors to fight spreading of germs
Law should be made that prescribes compulsory hands free toilet doors in public toilets, hospitals, pubs, restaurants, theatres, as well as at workplaces and generally all public places.
This is to minimise manual cross contamination with germs through touching the traditional door handles that some with lesser standard of hygiene would also touch.
Pedal operated doors, or doors that work by other suitable means, should be made a legal requirement on cubicles as well as at main entrances of toilets.
It is strongly believed that such system and law would contribute to the improvement of public health.
