English people should have a referendum on keeping Scotland in the United Kingdom.

Additional Information

I believe that England should have a referendum to decide if we want to keep Scotland as part of our country. I think we should have a say in the make up of the United Kingdom just as much as Scottish of Welsh people.
If in the Scottish referendum on devolution they decide to leave the United Kingdom they should be cut off from English state funding, a proper border established and should be left entirely to their own devices.
