This is a petition for the illegalisation of Internet Throttling by all UK ISP's. This the act of slowing down your connection speed during peak hours which, lets face it, is the only time most people use their internet. If we pay for a 30 mb/s UNLIMITED connection, we should get exactly that in all areas of data usage.
