Where benefit claimants continue to claim after winning large lottery prizes, those large prizes are to be confiscated by the public purse.

Additional Information

Theft of welfare payments is endemic in this country. Anybody who wins a large lottery prize who then, intending to defraud, continues to claim benefit payments MUST have the lottery prize confiscated as punitive punishment for the crime of theft of benefits.
