Stop inflating property bubble and help 1st time buyers

Additional Information

The govt should focus on policies that help first time buyers and discourage BTL and second home ownership. They could include
(a) Remove any tax benefits and other incentives for BTLers and/or second home owners;
(b) increase taxes on any property gains made by BTLers and/or second home owners;
(c) increase good quality house building - not just flats;
(d) stamp duty should recognise the increased average price of certain areas such as London;
(e) reduce overall immigration numbers in areas of high population density
