Heating must not be turned on from 1 may to 30 September

Additional Information

There is no need for heating in the UK to achieve internal temperatures of greater than 16c from 1 May to 30 September.

Therefore a law needs to be passed to prevent the heating of homes / offices between these dates to a temperature higher than 16c.
