Help homeowners who want to move a much as you help 1st time buyers

I like may people bought my house when the housing market had virtually peaked. This means I am In negative equity and have no chance of moving. There are many first time buyer offers on new houses but people like myself are being forgotten about! I am willing to double my mortgage to move but I can't because of the state of the housing market.
