Introduction of a partly elected second House

Additional Information

We the undersigned believe that the maintainal of an unelected upper house is an affront to our democratic. We believe that the goverment should take steps to introduce elections for the upper house, with at least 80% being elected. We believe this will lead to more open goverment and remove the cronyism presesnt in the Lords.
