All Parents to have Parental Responsibility
Equality for ALL parents. Every parent should have parental responsibility for their child/ren.
Parental responsibility and parental rights to be two separate entities. Enabling all those who fulfill their parental responsibilities (or try to fulfill to the best of their abilities) to have parental rights. Parental rights meaning a say in the child/ren's upbringing in all aspects of life.
Parents who continually fail to fulfill their parental responsibilities, or do not even try to fulfill them, should NOT have parental rights over said child/ren. Parents who have previously failed, but make a determined effort to then fulfill said responsibilities to be able to regain rights.
We call upon the government to make the above law.
