Issue of food stamps and vouchers for childrens clothing instead of cash to those on benefits

Additional Information

This will encourage people to seek work as they won't be able to purchase luxury items on benefit cash any longer. It will also have a dramatic effect on fraudulent benefit claims. The state should do no more than feed people and clothe their children, not pay for alcohol, tobacco, gambling and package holidays.
