Tax avoidance: Let He who is without sin cast the first stone

Additional Information

Companies and individuals who are known to be making use of legal tax avoidance schemes should be listed by the scale of their avoidance. This list should then be used by HMRC to 'name & shame' those who do not pay their taxes; allowing the government to close down the most prodigious and successful tax avoidance schemes
