Lane discipline on Motorway and Dual Carriageway

Additional Information

Create a law so that incorrect lane discipline is an actual offence the same as speeding. Non indication of lane change, switching lanes in traffic queues and continuing to drive in an overtaking lane when the left lane is free. Punishment is points on your license and have to complete a Motorway driving course.
