not to evict people living with elderly whos hous has to be sold to pay for care
for any authority not to be able to evict person under 60 who lives in a house with a parent or friend who has to go into care to pay for the care by selling there home against wishes.
at the moment even if it is a childs home where born if the parents or friend ect go into care that person if under sixty and an adult will be evicted and the house sold.
even if named on morgage or in trust the authorities t will challenge it and take house away saying it was done deliberatly to avoid care charges.
even if thoughtfully done for the person not to be made homeless if under 60 by the owners
or just wanting to leave the house to someone or even a charity not knowing at the time may have to go into care the govement will say it was done deliberate even if not.
