Referendum to make England an independent state outside of the union
This petition is an opportunity to establish an independent nation and a departure from the Union, giving English people an opportunity to self govern, without having to consider Scotland, Northen Ireland and Wales, to give the people of England a chance to vote on wether we leave the Union.
