Give back the money stolen from charities by the Olympics

Additional Information

The last Government took around £425m from the Big Lottery to pay for the Olympics (with a promise to pay it back in 2020!). We call upon David Cameron to use the reported underspend of nearly £500m to pay back the money so that desperate charities, who are suffering in the current econonomic climate, can benefit now rather than at some far off time in the future.
