Petition Action

Referendum on the restoration of both Corporal and Capital Punishment

Additional Information

Given that opinion polls consistently reflect a majority of people in favour of the return of Corporal and Capital Punishment and that the Government who are elected to reflect the view of the majority of people and not the vocal minority. It is my view that the government hold a referendum on the restoration of Corporal Punishment in schools and for so called "lesser" crimes and the return of Capital Punishment for all murderers such sentences to be determined by a panel of 3 judges upon a finding of guilty by a jury.
