We suggest that the government consider the inclusion of non-native invasive species on the National Curriculum.
Giant hogweed can cause serious injuries and blindness.
Japanese knotweed is a cause of significant problems for homeowners and developers alike.
We all have legal responsibilities when dealing with these plants, yet many people are unaware of their responsibilities and the dangers of these plants.
Education is the most powerful tool in combatting these plants and children should be taught about them.
