MPs empty rooms

having read the new housing benefit leaflet,and as we are all meant to be 'in this together' may I suggest that if an MPs 1st or 2nd homes have any rooms not permanently used, they lose 6% of their expenses for each spare room. After all we can't have empty rooms standing idle, can we?
