Return Caversham to South Oxfordshire.

Additional Information

Residents in Caversham consistently state their wish to not be considered as residents of Reading.

Traffic through Reading into South Oxfordshire is responsible for major traffic problems in the centre of Reading.

We ask the Government to recognise the wishes of the residents of Caversham to not be considered part of Reading and that the pre-1911 urban district area should be transfered administratively to South Oxfordshire.

The two bridges across the Thames should be demolished to relieve traffic issues in central Reading.

To rebalance to town's population, Woodley, Lower Early and Calcot should be moved administratively to Reading Borough Council.
