Criminal Investigation into rate fixing in banks
I believe that that recent actions taken by bank in fixing interest rates amounts to fraud and deception. there should be a full criminal investigation undertaken by the Serious Fraud Office and where appropriate those responsible should be held to account and subject to prosecution and imprisonment.
