DEMAND THAT THE RBS/ULSTER BANK PAY APPROPIATE COMPENSATION TO ITS CUSTOMERS
THE ULSTER BANK CHARGES ITS CUSTOMERS £25 FOR A FAILED DIRECT DEBIT AND £25 FOR GOING OVERDRAWN ON A CURRENT ACCOUNT.
DUE TO THE SEVERE HARDSHIPS CAUSED TO ITS CUSTOMERS DUE TO THE RBS SYSTEM FAILURE, THE ULSTER BANK SHOULD COMPENSATE ITS CUSTOMERS £25 FOR EACH FAILED OR LATE DIRECT DEBIT / STANDING ORDER, AND A FURTHER £25 PER DAY THAT IT DENIED ITS CUSTOMERS ACCESS TO THEIR OWN MONEY
