60 + Driving Test

Additional Information

I do not feel that passing a driving test in your late teens warrents the right to drive a motor vechicle forever. Many elderly driver's reactions are slower and they are less confident on our ever increasingly congested roads. I propose a second test at the age of 60 years old to all drivers that wish to continue driving a motor vehicle for safety reasons.
