Reduce income tax paid on bonus payments

Additional Information

I currently work hard to achieve my bonus at work, however the tax I pay on this bonus is nearly a third including NI contributions.

I do not work in the public sector so the money I earn is not paid for by the taxpayer.

If someone achieves well in their career they deserve to earn a reward for this.
