The formation of a United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Canada
We, the undersigned, believe that the FCO and HM Government should consider cooperating closely with the Government of Canada to form a Union State with the Kingdom of Canada.
Canada, with it's shared heritage, is a nation alike ours. With the British Isles overpopulated and Canada underpopulated, the sharing of human and physical resources could boost efficiency between our two nations.
Furthermore, a union between the UK and Canada would ensure a united armed forces, securing the safety of both countries.
Finally, it should ensure that a friendly trans-Atlantic partnership can be made with the true friends of the British people, the Canadians.
