Increase the Lords powers

Additional Information

There is a need to increase the House of Lords administrative powers.
They have been the only safeguard the electorate has for many years being appointed for achievement as opposed to MPs who do not have to possess either achievement of expertise other than their election.
Successive governments have brought Britain to its knees through their erroneous policies.
The Lords need powers to reverse policy, to call a referendum of no confidence.
Obviously political parties should not elect Lords
