£200 FINE FOR USING MOBILE PHONE WHILST DRIVING
Introduce a non-negotiable on the spot fine of minimum £200 for anyone caught using their mobile phone whilst driving. They should also give the driver 6 points and make them take a safe driving course. It isn't acceptable for anyone to be on their phone and driving at the same time. If caught twice then they should receive an automatic ban of a year.
