Bank directors bonuses and payoffs should only be linked to profitability of the bank in any particular year
,if the bank makes a loss then bonuses should reflect it even to the extent of clawing back previous years bonus(possible if bonuses are paid in stages a year in arrears) .Payoffs should be limited to 6 months pay only if bank showing a loss in profits.Directors to be held responsible if bank workers have resorted to criminal activity in their work for not following up on robust checks to operating proceedures.Cap all directors pay and pensions to a multiple of the average workers pay at their bank.
