Her majesty's Government has, by its cuts to the defence Budget and the disbanding of loyal regiments, decreased the morale of Her majesty's Forces. Therefore, the signatories call for a vote of No Confidence. in Her majesty's Government and demand that Parliament be dissolved and a General Election called for.
