Ensure that G4S bears the extra cost of using 3500 military personnel out of what they have already been paid.

Additional Information

G4S were contracted to provide security therefore any costs incurred by the MOD - including the cost of salaries and allowances, equipment, food and water etc - ,MUST be borne by G4S.
