Improved Mother and Toddler parking in Carmarthenshire
We, the undersigned, believe that there are not sufficient parking facilities for mothers and toddlers in the towns of Carmarthenshire, notably Llanelli and Carmarthen.
We require more designated spaces in car parks such as the Murray Street multi-storey in Llanelli and the St Catharine's Walk multi-storey in Carmarthen.
We, the undersigned, also request harsher punishments for those parking in designated mother and toddler spaces who shouldn't; including in the car parks of grocery stores such as Tesco, Asda and Morrisons. Parking attendants and managers of the stores should be allowed to issue on-the-spot fines.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
This is a matter for the relevant local authorities; to the extent that it is a matter for central government it is for the Welsh Government rather than Westminster.
