The right to sack councillors who change parties

Additional Information

Councillors are voted in by party and not by personality in most instances, if a councillor chooses to change parties or make themselves an independent then that seat should come back up for election and they should fight for their job in a small election within that ward, as they no longer represent the party the people have voted for.
