Bring the £9.5 Billion rail investment forward

On: 16/07/2012, this coalition Government has decided to provide £9.5 billion in rail investment in the North of England, which will start from 2015-2019.

I urge this Government to "Split" this amount in 3 parts, some of this: £9.5 billion now for spending on the Northern Hub for Manchester for etc..., the second amount next year and the rest over the next few years until 2019.

This investment is desperately needed now, Businesses are crying out for investment in our railways and so are Council Leaders.

Let's get Britain Moving, and let's get creating thousands of more desperately needed jobs.
