Fine the banks and use the money to upgrade public services.
I would like to see the UK banking system fined and pay reparations for their appalling behaviour. The fine should benefit society and therefore I propose they pay the upgrade to the national grid or our water system. This would be over a number of years to reflect the damage they have caused society.
