A £150 limit on all private and corporate donations for political parties

As the system stands it allows for large corporations and wealthy individuals to directly influence the political process.

This petition is for private and corporate funding to political parties to be limited to £150 per donation, their funding mainly replaced by a taxpayer funded "pot" that is distributed in amounts dependent on the number of registered members within any given party.

1) This will help to cut out the perception of corruption by potential voters and get people back into the booths.

2) Help the true hero's of politics to pass laws and set up watchdogs unaffected by external agendas.

3) Bring a sense of responsibility back to British politics.
