The whole of the UK given a referendum on devolution from the South East of England

Additional Information

This petition is for those who would have the South East of England be given autonomy from the rest of the United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland). This would require the legal status of London and the South East to become effectively a Sovereign City State and be devolved from the rest of the governance of the remaining part of the United Kingdom. The remaining portion of the UK to develop as an entirely separate and independent kingdom separate in all governance.
