Cut the number of Councillors in Local Government

Additional Information

To demand an Act of Parliament which would compel all local Councils to review the number of Ward Councillors. Reducing numbers either by one third or by two thirds, whichever be the more appropriate for the individual authority concerned, subject to a decision by Referendum of the local electors within each local authority.
