Banning of development of sport facilities and former sports facilities into non sporting venues

Sport is an integral part of communities with many benefits for individuals and society. Therefore this petition would make it illegal for any sports facility or former sports facility to be used for any other function other than sport unless a new comparable sports facility is created within 5 miles.
