27m and can't afford to run trains/busses all night?!!
why not have the tubes, buses and trains running ALL night during the Olympics and Paralympics?
The drivers would have to be paid more, but it would help sort the transport problems. and the Opening Ceremony would not need to be but and we would not look a laughing stock around the word.
its a small price to pay in the billions that have been spent.
