Additional Information

The Government should create a opt-out facility that allows people to opt out of ALL unsolicited phone calls from businesses and organisations as the current telephone preference service is not broad enough and has no powers to impose penalties. This must include calls from overseas. There is no reason for people to be disturbed in their own home by unwanted phone calls and it must stop.
