Petition to take action for the the recent delay in processing the visa applications for Tier-1 post Study work Visa.

Background: The processing times for PSW visa applications is more than 6 months.

Action:
1. To allocate resources to clear the backlog of PSW applications
2. To clearly communicate to all candidates timings of application processing
3. To clear the backlog by October 2012
