NO TO CYBER STALKING, HARASSMENT & OBSCENE WEBSITES
WHEN VICTIMS ARE CLEARLY TARGETED BY CRIMINAL INTERNET TROLLS, LIVELIHOODS LOST AND LIVES RUINED THE POLICE MUST BE MADE TO TAKE ROBUST ACTION ESPECIALLY WHEN CHILDREN AND FAMILIES ARE TARGETED.
